REPRINTS..............They do have a black border as shown in the photo? Then REPRINTS for sure............someone trimmed the coupons off.

Probably trimmed ads to fit in 4 by pages.........they wouldn't fit in them otherwise........

Great for autographs though! Sent a bunch of them out in the day.......1993-1996.......

i also note he has 1968 playing cards topps. The only card worth sending out are the Goudeys to get graded it looks like..
