Mystery Bill Carrigan Premium
 

A New York dealer emailed me this scan of a possible Bill Carrigan premium. He mentioned that it's a large size 12" by 14."

It's nothing I have ever seen before. I'm not sure if it is a period piece or a mystery modern creation.

Any thoughts? Nothing on the front or back to identify it.
