Yes, fake. You can easily tell from the font, among other things.

5) no factory on back

I missed the no factory---I told the seller it was a fake and he said he would look into it a few days ago. I guess it's time to report it--Thanks guys!

The Bat On Cobby wasn't even produced with a Polar Bear back, if I am not mistaken. The final dagger. :p

I emailed the guy and let him know and his response was "I'll look into it"

And it looks like it was taken down. Good for the seller....

Makes me wonder if enough of us reporting the listing to Ebay equates Ebay actually contacting sellers. I always like to make the seller aware before reporting the listing. I always assume it's easier to get a seller to pull a listing than having ebay do it!
I realize I am naive but many folks list stuff not knowing it's fake and hoping for the best. Many others clearly want to deceive.
