Good experience with PSA
 

I know they take a lot of bashing on this board, but I just wanted to give a kudos to PSA and Joe Orlando for taking care of a problem I had. They were very professional about it and resolved the matter in a satisfactory way for me. Props to PSA.

I can agree with the couple of times I had an issue. I view a company not necessarily in whether they have problems, but how they deal with them when they arise. I know others may have had other experiences, but they have dealt with my issues in a great manner, so I'm a satisfied customer.

Joe helped our most recent show so we are very appreciative of what he and the PSA staff did for us.

Please note, while none of the TPG's are perfect; 99.9 percent of the time they will work with a client to get to a satisfactory answer for all concerned
