UNCLE, Batman, Beattles, maybe other 1960s nonsports cards for possible sale

My friend showed me his childhood shoebox of cards. He is unsure what to do with them. I am going to suggest that he keep one of each card he has and sell his dupes, since he is not a collector, but has an emotional attachment to them. The cards average VGEX.

Is there a Beckett price list for these cards? I know I can go to ebay, but that would be more work. I am going to suggest that he price the commons for sale at about 10% of NM and non-commons at 20% (a bit less for VG or worse, a bit more for EX or better). Are there non-commons for these types of sets? Is this reasonable pricing, should they be priced higher or lower? Would anyone be interested in buying these? Once he agrees to it, I can send a list of cards and condition to anyone interested.

Not sure if the link above will work for you. It shows what cards would be worth after being graded by PSA. Normally, the premium cards are the first and last cards in a set, because most kids would stack them in order and then tie them with twine, hurting the #1 and last card. Those would also take the brunt of surface wear and dings.

If your friend has any Mars Attacks or Three Stooges, there might be some big value there.

I hope they don't mind me sharing their price guide. It is worth subscribing if you are selling NS cards, and they have some good price guides.
