Not really sure what this is, but its cool and very unique... Has 5 pages inside a large folder that is bound with a linen like ribbon... Title reads: Preliminary report on the examination of the accounts ofn the executors of the estate of Charles H Ebbets, Deceased

dated 1933, several pages in the report mention the club... Last page is signed by Charles Wein who I assume was the head of accounting firm conducting the audit...
