I'm a little uncertain here. My thinking is the 11:59 won since it ended at 12?

Slipk1068 definately beat me.
As for the ending time, there have been many discussions on the board as to whether ending at 12 means the last bid stating 12 or the last bid reading 11:59.
I would ask Leon for his input if you are uncertain as how to procede.

You guys figure it out... :) ..... I think it is up to the sellers to clarify.

That being said, if I said something ended at 12:00 then at 11:59 would be the last bid accepted...because when it turned 12:00 it would be over.....

my 0.02 - i think sellers should put in their auction rules that the auction ends at x o'clock, but anyone who bid BEFORE x o'clock can bid again AFTER x o'clock until there have been no bids for y minutes.

For example "auction ends at midnight, extended bidding will be allowed until there have been no bids for 5 straight minutes after midnight"

It'd allow for a more-true auction to take place, IMO
