Vintage cabinet photo - wrestling? not sure exactly what this is
 

I've had this cabinet photo for a while now and I'm not sure exactly what it is. It looks like it could possibly be a wrestling team??

The bottom of the cabinet references Powell San Antonio. There is writing on the back: "Chas Causey(?) 2nd from left on top row"

I find a Charles Wesley Causey b. April 3 1893 Living in San Antonio 1910-1918, on his 1918 WW1 Draft card he is working at some department store but it's not clear what the name of it is.
