T206 Cy Young PSA 4 . . . Wrong Grade???

I think somebody at PSA whiffed on this one - two obvious areas of paper loss along the borders on front along with a crease in the lower left that is visible on back as well . . .

At the top of every page it says that if you give an opinion of a person or company then you need to have your full name by your post. Please do so. As for psa whiffing, It's not a bad thread to discuss, but folks have to adhere to the rules when giving opinions. thanks much

PSA 4 Overgraded?

Oops! Forgot about that "opinion rule," Leon. For the record my full name is Robert Weekes. Luke, that thread link you posted features the same Cy Young card I was griping about. I guess I'm not the only one thinking it should not be in a PSA 4 holder.

Are we sure

Both are paper loss still appears over graded. Top one looks like a stain even appears to be in the colored portion. The bottom loos also appears to possibly be from the original cutting process hard to tell not in hand. If so I know they tend to not knock a card very much for a flaw in the cutting process. Still not a great card by any stretch.

Here's the PSA grading criteria for a "4"

VG-EX 4: Very Good-Excellent
A PSA VG-EX 4 card's corners may be slightly rounded. Surface wear is noticeable but modest. The card may have light scuffing or light scratches. Some original gloss will be retained. Borders may be slightly off-white. A light crease may be visible. Centering must be 85/15 or better on the front and 90/10 or better on the back.
