Tom Seaver card - what is it?

I have a black and white Tom Seaver card that I've never really seen before.

Any idea what it might be? It has his DOB, height, throws, and bats on the front.

His name is on the back in red and then there are positions listed on the back. Like shortstop, right field, left field, etc

I'll try to get a pic up later.

Like this? If so Milton Bradley game card. There are several different years of the cards, all slightly different.

Yup. That's it. How do you know what year and are they worth anything?

That is a 1970 Milton Bradley Seaver. A PSA 9 sold for $7.00 on ebay back in May.
