Is everything okay with the auction house/Keith? Just wondering - I've been trying to get an LOA situation resolved for almost nine months, and gotten no responses to emails or phone calls for the last couple of weeks.

I think I got their catalog a few weeks back? Have you called them?

Or emailed them? :p
