Trying to figure out what this is/where it is from. 8 x 10. glossy thin photo stock. Blank back.

i remember seeing this pic, from when we had discussions on the 51 wheaties date.

I finally found the photo I mentioned that had an Oct 1952 date on the back. Indeed it was taken by Wingfield on Oct. 6, 1952 at the WS at Ebbets Field as Graig had suggested. So if this is true the chances of the Wheaties Mantle "card" being produced in 1951 is not looking good.

It's nice to know where a photo came from, but if it's vintage the identity of the issuer is not required for it to have vale. With vintage collectables, age in and of itself has value. Moss made 1950s publicity photos-- I've seen their publicity photos for Elvis and a Jackie Robinson radio show.
