Capitol Grading?
 

Anybody ever heard of them? I picked up a T206 Sullivan a while back on eBay that happened to be in a Capitol Grading slab. Nothing particularly suspicious about it. Neither the card, nor its graded condition (VG/EX 4), appear rare or unusual and it wasn't selling for a premium price. I kind of doubt that it's fake because it wouldn't be worth it to fake a $30 card. But I've never heard of Capitol Grading. On another note, I don't really like the slab because the card floats around inside instead of being secured in the center.

Never heard of them, but there are Capitol Reprints.
