Can't tell from the pics if it's real leather. I think it's probably not, as this was a low-end model in its day. Even bordering on a child's "toy mitt" perhaps...
On the plus-side, the outer surface on these gloves is usually found battered and chipping away. This might be the first example I've seen to have a complete surface, front and back. So what it lacks in quality, it makes up for in condition.
I would also value it around $75, but being NRMT (and possibly unused) someone might pay closer to $100 for it. If selling on ebay, perhaps you go $99 with a "Best Offer".
