Stengel Auto Authentic?
 

So I put a small bid on this one because I liked the photo, and am really not familiar with Stengel's early signature... I have found a few mid 30's exemplars that do resemble this signature, but ol' Casey seems to be all over the place?

What do you guys think? a real casey or not?

Nice pick up!

It does look a lot like his signature in most of the letter formation. I dont like the slant, and a bit of the formation. I abstain.

Just like what was posted earlier- if it didn't have the slant I would say 100% good. It still probably is but I am not 100% confident
