"Preacher Roe’s athletic cup is hard plastic that has been taped up, he must have been hit in the nuts and didn’t want to spend the $1.50 to buy a new one. Preacher’s son said that the players had to supply their own athletic cups and that the teams didn’t cover that. Also taped on the cup is his #28 (probably so another player didn’t take it and use it!). Family LOA"
