Legit autographs?

I've had these in my collection for years and have no idea where they originated from. I've always been curious about their authenticity. Personally, I think Slaughter is legit, but Robinson is fake. I'm far from an expert and I know there are people on here who are way better at this stuff than I am. Curious to hear Net54's thoughts on authenticity. Thanks in advance!

Hey Rob.
For comparison, I got these B-Robby's in person at a show a long time ago and the Slaughter through a trade. Yours look pretty damn close to mine, so i think they're legit. And Brooks always has that odd left-leaning slant to his writing. Strange.

Rob, both signatures look good. Enjoy the autographs.

Thanks guys! Appreciate the feedback. Slaughters auto is beautiful. Great penmanship. Robinson - not so much. Looks like a third grader learning cursive.

What exactly to the graders at PSA look for when they authenticate an autograph? This doesn't seem like an exact science since a signature can look different ten times signed by the same person. If someone owns an authentic autograph of someone, can't they just study it and practice it until it looks like it and it would then grade authentic? It doesn't seem as if there is a fool proof way of authenticating an autograph unless you have a video of the person signing it the exact item.

Brooks looks weird.

Brooks Robinson

Brookie modern auto's always look a bit "weird", but this one is authentic for sure...

If that's the case, then that would make the argument that it is real stronger.
