I is certainly odd...I don't know that proof is an accurate description. Cards or any other printed matter that has rounded corners is routinely printed in a square shape and then a die is used to create the "non-square" shape. A proof is a term that is used very loosely now...a proof is a pre-production piece that is used to confirm the print quality and integrity and is inspected by an art director, project manager or someone with authority, often marked up to indicate changes, and sent back to production for improvements. Very few things that are referred to as proofs in this day and age are actually proofs. That said at this point it is an odd piece and certainly cheap enough...I would not go deep into the bank for it were it me. You also have a seller with a feedback of 1. We all had a feedback of 1 at one time....but worth noting.
