Does this card appear to be authentic?

If such items go for $2k+, why is he selling at $650. Some things just beggar belief. Just wondering.

Such things go for $30.

Then after a date with the bleach bucket they should go for $10 but he wants $650.

John...it looks like Dick Towle got ahold of the Milligan on the left. We'll consider it missing a color or two and I'll give you 2k for it...fair deal? ;)
