1971 dell stamp books
 

I just purchased a lot of 1971 Dell books with "card" inside. Ive seen the individual cards graded on ebay sell for quite a bit more than the book itself. My question is, how do they grade perforated cards? what is the best way to cut them out to get the highest grade?
