t206 "stamped back" question
 
Anybody have any t206's with the following stamp on the back? Or any knowledge on it? It is sort of hard to read, but it appears to read as follows:

Edward Buckalew
4902 Guester Ave
W Phila
1914

It looks like "Chester Ave".
