I acquired one of my Holy Grail's TODAY!!! - Part 2

So, this just came in the mail, and is from an awesome board member and am STOKED to have picked it up. It has the George Grantham Bain stamp on the back as well as the Culver Archives stamp, and is featured in the Fogel/Yee/Oser book on page 139 as a 1901/1902 photo. Picture is CRYSTAL CLEAR!!! Would love to pick up these Matty "rookie" photos all day long.
Not sure if this image has been auctioned before, but the board member I picked it up from is awesome and great to work with!! If anyone has any of these of Mathewson, I am actively buying!!! Thanks, Greg |
