CLOSED! 1970 Topps auction…no cash bids...ends Tues, 11 Mar, 8:00 MDT

OK, this is a bit of a weird auction, but I'm going to give it a try. I am auctioning off 150 1970 Topps cards. They are the first 161 cards, EXCEPT 1, 10, 21, 61, 64, 65, 66, 69, 128, 140, and 150. They average Vg-Ex, some better and a few worse. Here's the rules:

1) I'll pay shipping
2) There are no cash bids, you have to bid a single card
3) The card you bid must be pre-1970
4) There will be a winner, so if only one person bids a 1969 Denis Menke with a mustache drawn on it, that person wins.
5) In the case of competing bids, I decide the winner
6) I will do my utmost best to pick a leading bid from all bids each morning, so you can bid again if you like.
7) Scans are encouraged
8) I think I have all the rules, but if I forgot something, I have the right to add a rule later.
9) Remember rule #2…you must bid a SINGLE card
10) You must bid on the thread, not by PM

Take Care,
Geno

Sounds fun, Geno!

I'll start off by "bidding" a 1958 Topps Larry Doby in an SGC AUT holder. Looks NRMT, but oc. Not sure why it is AUT actually. Trimmed maybe.

Sunday AM update

OK, Jimi…you're winning as of the Sunday morning update! Also, I added a rule. No PM bids, you must bid in public.

Cheers,
Geno

Fun idea, tempted to bid even though I don't really need them!

Ends tonight!

So far, just one bid…I'll try to check in before the ending time to see if there's another. If so, I'll pick the high bidder in case anybody wants to bid again.

Cheers,
Geno

Current High bid

I'm tempted by the LeBaron, but the Doby is the current high bid with three hours left!

How about a CK. 193 Comiskey Park Unused Postcard, Pre-1960 (Chesterfield "It's a Hit" Scoreboard)?

The bids are in, and I've decided to take Jimi's Doby card. Thanks for taking a look, everybody…and check out the one that ends tonight!
