1922 Lou Gehrig Columbia Football Program w/ Photo
I am looking to sell this 100% original, Columbia University football program from 1922. This program was sold at the Columbia vs. Ursinus game and features a roster and team photo that includes Lou Gehrig.
My photos are not the best but this program is in very nice condition. It is complete with minimal signs of wear. The date of the game was written on the front cover and a few of the players' names have been marked off. The score is neatly written on the scoring page. The centerfold has come loose but is present and there is a thin, old piece of tape running along the spine. The Columbia team photo is a nice shot with Gehrig right near the middle. No mistaking him as he looks bigger than anyone else on the team! I could only find one other 1922 program listed on eBay recently and the seller was asking around $900 but it didn't sell. I found another for sale on a dealer's website for $1295.00! These prices seem high to me so I am asking $450.00 and that includes Priority shipping with tracking.
