The guy is selling fake Ruth items and memorabilia. Will not show front flip on cards. Shows back depicting a fake PSA label.

What makes you think the back is fake?? It looks real to me.

Seller won't show the front of the flip on both high end Ruth cards. There was another Ruth for sale but refused to show front of flip. Either the cards are stolen or fake.
