You have a short memory dumb ass. We agreed on a figure, and then you bitched about the price after seeing what another card sold for previously... You truly have the brains of a fire ant.... Go waste another person's time elsewhere.....Better yet, why don't you re-visit the poll you had about the PSA 7 Mordecai Brown, and how cheap the card should sell for compared to the one that I offered you....In short, go away and get a life....

your right. we agreed on a price. that solidified the deal. you don't have to worry. i will never do business with you. period. as a side note, your referring to the poll where the majority of the people agreed with me on the price, then you came back and emailed me saying i was right, appologied then still wanted to try and work out a deal at a lower price. right?

So, if we agreed upon a price, why did you back up on the deal?? You just stated the card was sold out from under you....Word of advice, you might want to get your s*** straight....

Just curious but if y'all had agreed on a price, why wasn't the seller paid, without the seller having to apologize and work out a deal at a lower price later?

The other card was a PSA 7 Mordecai Brown (Cubs shirt) that he did a poll on Net54 after I gave him a price,( completely different card). He thought my price was high (no agreement had been struck), and he was getting other member's opinions about the value, thus the poll. The card that he backed up on was an SGC 82 Mordecai Brown (port.)

Is there really a need to air gripes over a previous failed deal on someone's current B/S/T thread? If the issue was resolved (even if it was agree to disagree), why don't you move on and let things go?

i didn't go out of any deal. you responded to me saying you already sold the card, after we agreed on the price.

do i need to post a screen shot of the email or do you plan on stopping your lie there?

see attached screen shot. the order of things is out of whack as responses where arbitrarily added to the tops and bottoms as the conversation went along.

Honestly, still not sure what you proved here, other than that you have an axe to grind with Kevin, which generally should be handled offline.

I have attempted to move on from this multiple times but he kept on prodding the bull in the cage, specifically the previous couple of Fridays. Its only kharma coming back around.

Probably wouldn't have happened if he hadn't tried to lie about it 2 things in the same thread or crapped all over my threads for no reason. If you are going to make a point, they should be factual, especially if you are attempting to do damage control. Its helpful if your damage control doesn't hurt you.

I never cast the first stone and you can see in my emails I was polite, even after some of the previous angst. I think that the record has been straightened out a little bit now and things have been evened up a little. At least I consider us even. Maybe now things can die off, but we shall see who throws the next stone, won't we?
