Looks like Mastro fessed/is fessing up! I know I had one REALLY fishy auction experience. I was outbid very late one night, I bid on and won something else. The next morning I was showing as the high bidder on the lot I was outbid on the night before! I can't imagine the kind of fraud and $$ involved over all those years. WOW!
