Anyone work at a medical residency program?

You would typically work as a resident physician (following med school/internship) at a hospital... not necessarily a program full of medical residents. I'm not one, but my sister worked a 7 year residency in general surgery at UVA.

I'm a medical device rep. I've worked at KU Med in Kansas and I'll be at the university of Iowa med school tomorrow. Anything I can help with?
