Not exactly sure, but perhaps b/c it was New York vs Chi-Sox (Shoeless Joe Jackson)...Perhaps there was a picture of Joe in there??? (More scans may have yielded that but from views of the scorecard, Jackson is in the lineup batting 4th.

The seller altered it after buying it.

What were the alterations, if he just removed those 2 pieces of paper attached to it, I don't think thats a problem, cuz they look like they were added to it at some point.

Looks like he erased players name wrote in, unless it just doesn't show up in his crappy pics? hey, he had to make up for that $1,000 loss on the 1933 program..hahaha

And he actually ruined it more by taking those pieces out. If you compare the photos you can see in his auction there's a piece missing from the page.
