Here are my condition requirements for cards I need:

1951 Topps – all cards at least a PSA 3 with zero qualifiers
1952 Topps – all cards at least a PSA 2 with zero qualifiers
1953 Topps – all cards at least a PSA 2 with zero qualifiers
1954 Topps – all cards at least a PSA 3 with zero qualifiers
1955 Topps through 1969 Topps – all cards at least a strong EX condition (PSA 5 quality or better)

It is important to note that in the 1951 through 1954 sets I am working on, my goal is to have every card in a PSA slab. I will collect raw cards or graded cards from other companies but keep in mind I will have to pay to get them graded by PSA.
