Help requested pls: identifying age of unusual sporting trophies

I picked up this group of 4 mantle vases or trophies at a flea market this weekend. The seller thought that they may have been Olympic souvenirs? The are hand painted, metal, 9.5 inches tall (one is 8 inches) each with a different summer sport depicted - soccer, track, swimming, high jump. I can't place the era - 1930's? perhaps? The soccer themed cup has some Russian engraving (as i have been told by a friend) that seems to point to a factory team and mentions 1965 and 1967 winners, but may have been added long after the manufacture? Your thoughts would be appreciated! Thanks in advance.

Chris-
I have never seen these before, but based on the graphics and the writing, I believe these are from the 1960s. I think they are really cool and the graphics are a little deceiving, but there is something about their overall looks that make me think they are from the era of the inscriptions. I hope you can learn more about them.
