Postwar Topps Baseball Card Trivia
Tough questions (in my opinion). Lets see how you do...
|
3. Has to be 1965. I can only think of 3. McLain, Hunter, and Carlton
4. 1955 has Koufax, Clemente, and Killebrew 1975 has Rice, Lynn, Brett, Yount, and Hernandez I can't think of another 5. Lou Pinella is one. Can't think of the other. |

#3 is closed out (1965 w/ Hunter, Carlton, McLain, and Lonborg.
#4 is partially correct: 1975 was the set with RCs of 5 future MVPs. Still looking for the set with 4 and the set with 3 future MVP's (the set w/ 3 is very tough). Anyone? |

#5 closed out w/ Pinella and Agee.

1955 has rc's of 3 future MVP winners.
Koufax won in 1963 Clemente won in 1966 Killebrew won in 1969 Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk |
1. Wally Wolf, 1963 and 1970?

The set with 3 RC's of MVP's is much tougher. |

another Topps card quiz question
1) How many " two player rookie cards " was Lou Piniella on ?
|
Sweet Lou
1964, 1968 and 1969 -- all with different teams no less: Senators, Indians and Pilots

Topps used the same photo of Bob Miller Phillies in the 52 set and with the Cardinals in the 59 set. Same 7 years if my math is correct. Fred |

Gibson Perry and Cuellar are all Hi #'s IIRC
|
Poo. I missed out on this. The '75 set would have popped into my head right away, but the others would have taken some thinking.
More please :) I'll try to make it on before 4 am, heh heh. :) |
