I don't know how I had missed this auction before, but I signed up Friday, and got up Sunday morning to see that I had the winning bids on a handful of cards. I got my invoice later on Sunday, saw the S&H charge added, and thought that's not unreasonable. Paid easily via PayPal. Check my email on the way into work this morning and see an email titled "Refund from SSA, LLC." Huh? Open it up and what does it say? Quote:
