Show us some of your favorite signed cards

When I received this signed 1961 Topps Harvey Haddix card in today's mail, I thought that it might be fun to start a thread where you can show others some of your favorite signed cards.
Although these are not particularly rare or expensive, I really like the '61 Topps Baseball Thrills subset. In particular, I love the cards depicting Don Larsen's World Series Perfect Game in 1956 and Harvey Haddix's record 12+ innings of perfection only to be spoiled in the 13th. |

The Furillo is my all time favorite. Here are some others I like.
Everything other than the Furillo I got TTM. |

1989-90 were my prime pack ripping years, and hockey. Most of these are my cars back then that I recently got signed the last couple years.

These are my favorites. I've obtained them in person to add as ancillary items to my 1958 Topps Baseball Master Set, which by coincidence I just received the final card to last week (J.W. Porter, Yellow Name Variation).

This post give me an idea. I'll start a new post later about least favorite in-person signed cards. I have to dig up an old Ryne Sandberg signed card I got a long time ago that almost made me cry because it was so bad.

I guess everything is a investment if so I probably have $5.00 in those Jeters. :p
I got them all in person when he was with the Columbus Clippers. A few may be for sale if anyone is interested at $150-200 |

My only one and it was bought thinking the writing on it was only errant writing...then it came back as an authentic Chief Meyers signature and I was fairly happy....

Although I have some nice autographed 1963 Fleer cards, I think these two are my favorite:
http://cnt.toppsmillion.com/img/card..._F_285x412.jpg When I first got back into collecting, but before I decided to focus solely on vintage, I was working on the 2011 Topps flagship set. That was the year they had the Million Card Giveaway where you get code cards in packs, and when you enter the code at the Topps Website, you get free cards. It was mostly junk, but occasionally you unlock a gem. I think this qualifies. (Note: Image isn't my own scan, but is from Topps Website.) http://1.bp.blogspot.com/-jSTJtahpfU...0/1976_74T.jpg What can I say? It is an iconic card to begin with, but I think the auto makes it. |
