Jay Wolt Auction

Hello All,

There has been a number of people that expressed willingness to donate item to raise money for Jay Wolt. I will take the donations and add them to Sterling Sports Auctions in the auction that will be starting January 23rd.

If you have items you wish to donate I would appreciate if they are sent to me by January 9th, but will take them up to the 16th.

If you have items you would like to add please contact me ahead of time with what and when you are sending.

I also would like to remind everyone that Jay had consigned lots to the auction starting on Saturday and I am donating all the proceeds to Jay, the Lots will be marked with *Collector Aid* to help you find his auctions.

Thanks in advance and hoping for a speedy recovery for Jay,

Lee Behrens

Thanks to all for the continued support & encouragement & to Lee for his generosity in spearheading the auctions.
Just completed my 3rd consecutive day of chemo and I'm dizzy as I type this.
At the end of Dec I will undergo the bone marrow transplant and will be in the hospital 3-4 weeks if all goes well.
So I will be off the grid till around Feb.
Again Thank You all for your support, Carole & I appreciate it.
Have a Happy & Healthy Holiday season...jay

Jason,

I would think anything 1960 or older, graded always seems to go over better than raw. I am sure any contribution is welcome.

Jay,

As someone who's spouse just recently finished up chemo my prayers and thoughts are with you. If you or your family needs anyone to talk to please don't hesitate to contact me. It was the hardest thing we have ever been through but we did get through and it will get better.

Hi All,

Wanted to give this thread a bump after the busy holiday season. If anyone has items to help Jay out, it would be nice to have them by January 9th but not necessary. Jay is going to be admitted wither Saturday or Sunday.

Thanks to all that have contributed thus far,

Lee

Thanks again for doing this Lee. I know the CU boards raised quite a bit for Jay already. I hope we can add some to that total. I know you got the few cards I already sent. I will send you a few more next week. Here is hoping everyone who can afford it, will look around for a dupe or a card that doesn't fit their collecting niche, and give to one of the best guys in the hobby by donating it through your auction. Best regards and happy holidays!!

Thanks to all for the support, though I will be admitted on Tuesday the 31st after I do some tests on the 30th.
Hope to be home and complaining to the wife by/at February and watching the Super Bowl in my own bed.
And according to the head Doc, it will be 6 months or more till I'm back to normal.
So hopefully I can make the 5 hour trek to Cleveland for a few days in August.
To all, have a happy & healthy New Year.
