Rare set...except for some?
1 Attachment(s)
I was just looking on ebay at e92 nadja cards...a pretty tough set if you're looking for specific players...pretty easy if you're looking for a bresnahan!!!!!!
What other tough sets...have a disproportionate # of a certain card(s)? I can think of a few. |
|
Not to the extent of John and Pete's example, but it seems like Schulte shows up more than most in E90-3.

I have that exact same e105 knight!

On exhibits a few come to mind-
1923-24 1926-29 1939-46 1947-66 Here is a tough one from each- http://i112.photobucket.com/albums/n...24exruth30.jpghttp://i112.photobucket.com/albums/n...kerplain50.jpg http://i112.photobucket.com/albums/n...t-Klein-20.jpghttp://i112.photobucket.com/albums/n...eportrait7.jpg |

Tango Eggs - Bescher and Jennings
The large silks (can't recall the designation) - Christy Mathewson |
Claude Berry Home Run Kisses

Claude Berry's Home Run Kisses card seems to be one of the most commonly seen HRK. I own 2 examples, one cancelled, one complete.
S81 is the ACC designation for the Helmar Premium silks. Patrick |
T207 Reulbach

Not a "rare" set, but a tough set to complete. Reulbach seems to be a 10:1 card.

The Old Judge set has huge splits in population, plenty of players that have 10 or less examples, while some players are in the triple digits
