Private message emails quit working?
 

Since I have my PM email messaging turned off is anyone having troubles getting an email after you have received a PM? One member said his isn't working and before I turn in a trouble ticket I want to make sure it's our system. thanks

I have sent a few PM's in the last couple of days and I received emails notifying me when I receive a PM.

No problems that I know of.

Got a PM today and had a notification in my email...no problems on my end.

I do have a question: When I reply to someone's PM (by typing my response, and then hitting "Submit," is my response supposed to show up as a "Sent Message?" I notice that it doesn't for me. I've wondered if my responses ever got sent to the recipient?

There's a little envelope with an arrow that means message responded to. I don't know how to find messages to read that I have sent, only that a message has been sent.

Ken, not sure if this is the case for you, but under the submit button is a box titled "Additional Options". When sending a PM, make sure that the box titled "Save a copy of this message in your Sent Items folder" is checked when you send the message. I think it should be checked by default, but maybe yours is unchecked?

To see the messages you've sent, go to your PM inbox. Once there, find the box titled "folder controls". Click the little window under "jump to folder" and select "sent items" then click "go". That should do it.

Sorry to bring this back up again, but my messages have stopped as well. I am getting notifications on the phone that a few messages have been sent but when I go to check them there is nothing there. I have tried to see if some setting change all of the sudden but not having any luck. Those that have sent me messages I apologize but I am not able to view them. If there is a fix that I cant find, please let me know.
