Estimating prices of 1953 Bowman
 

How do I estimate prices for 1953 Bowman color cards? I know the PSA SMR lists values but everyone says these can only be used as a very general guideline if they should be used at all. I checked cardtarget.com and they only have Bowman up to 1951.

I would either look at completed sales on ebay or get a one day membership to VCP (I think it cost around 5 dollars for a 24 hour membership). They have most cards listed. I used it when trying to place a value on my set and found it helpful.

Thanks! That's interesting, what are the values based upon? Are they averaging prices for all card grades?
