Heritage Items

Anyone here receive their items yet? Compared to REA's quick (and free) shipping, Heritage has left me wanting.

plan on christmas!

gnaz01 11-30-2013 08:10 PM

Called them Wednesday and the woman apologized for the fact it hadn't been shipped out as yet, but will make a note in the computer and have it shipped out Monday - SMH :(

I was going to call or send an email yesterday but decided not to. Just for fun I'm going to wait and see just how long Heritage will take to ship a single, graded card.

It has been nine business days since my check was cashed (19 days since it was mailed), but to be fair, I did hear that one of the Pony Express couriers was ambushed in Dead Man's Gulch, so Heritage might not yet have received word yet that my check was indeed good.

Bpm0014 11-30-2013 09:26 PM

Same here. Been almost 20 days since I paid. Nothing yet. Slowest auction house there is.

I called Tuesday after 15 days of paying--instantly via Pay Pal-- and they said whoops not mailed yet, would put it "at front of line." I did get it today. But shows that checks or e-checks clearing not the problem....

I paid by e-check as well, and did so shortly after the auction ended. I called the day before Thanksgiving, and had a ridiculous conversation where I found out that even though the money had been withdrawn from my account and had been marked paid in their system, there was still a 7-10 day waiting period for payment, there was another separate waiting period for shipping, and that even though my item had been cleared to ship it was still in their possession. I expressed my displeasure, especially given the buyers fee and shipping cost. I had this problem before, but was under the impression it was rectified. I will think twice before giving them my business again.

Very slow to ship but very quick to send dunning emails. Invoice sent Sunday Nov 10, PO in Canada closed Monday Nov 11 for Remembrance Day holiday, mailed check on Tuesday Nov 12. Received "Payment not received yet" emails on Nov 17 and 19. My check was cashed on November 20. Shall I send them an email saying "Package not received yet"?

Paid on the net as soon as I got the invoice. Received my jersey on the 25th

I emailed and called this past Monday morning, was given the "whoops, it should have shipped" run-around. Then was told she would put a note on the account to have it shipped that day and that I would receive tracking information later in the day. Granted we had the holiday break, but its Sunday (6 days later) and I still have not received shipping confirmation or tracking information.

glchen 12-01-2013 10:32 AM

I won a recent Sunday auction (the one right before the Signature one), and I was informed after the auction ended that my order would ship immediately even before I paid. I still paid immediately via e-check, and my package shipped one day after I paid.

scooter729 12-01-2013 12:04 PM

They're extremely sporadic. My item from the last auction shipped the day after I paid via e-check, yet I've used the same payment method in other auctions and waited weeks. Who knows....

Leon 12-01-2013 01:01 PM

I got my items 3 days after the auction ended and hadn't even paid yet. Come to find out I have a large line of credit I didn't even know I had :).

wonkaticket 12-01-2013 01:07 PM

Nice of them to give you credit.

If I actually needed it I probably couldn't have gotten it. Isn't that the way credit works?

autograf 12-01-2013 01:37 PM

They generally ship mine before payment.....sometimes they're late though. They are a very large operation shipping winnings from all types of weekly and signature auctions. I'm sure their payment clearance and shipping departments get overwhelmed at times......that's such a huge part of the auction process though that you'd think they would put huge emphasis on it.

I'm no expert, but since its half of their business, you'd hope they could get their act together.

cguidi 12-02-2013 09:50 AM

Still waiting for my card... kind of weak charging $24.95 for shipping when it takes this long :(

Heritage Shipping Delays

I apologize for the delay in shipping on some invoices. Our shipping department has been extremely busy with auctions from multiple departments closing simultaneously as well as the Thanksgiving holiday. That said, if you have paid and are still waiting for your order, feel free to PM me or send me an email to ChrisN@HA.com and I will work to get the material for our Network54 community shipped immediately. Thank you and happy holidays!

Bpm0014 12-02-2013 04:49 PM

Almost a month for me and still nothing. Paid immediately after auction. Still waiting almost a month later.

ullmandds 12-02-2013 04:53 PM

i HATE TO REITERATE...OR BE NEGATIVE...BUT THIS SERVICE IS PATHETIC!

philliesphan 12-02-2013 05:06 PM

Bizarre

In what I could only describe as an unexpected turn, I actually received my one auction winning from Heritage before I even paid for it. I got the card within 72 hours of auction close-

Marc

gnaz01 12-02-2013 06:36 PM

Chris took care of it today, and it is on the way, tracked via FedEx and will be here Thursday.

dstudeba 12-03-2013 08:20 PM

I was in the same boat as Leon and Marc, they were quicker than I was.

Only fair to post an update: The postcard I bought in Heritage's Nov. 7-9 auction was delivered today by Federal Express.

HRBAKER 12-05-2013 03:04 PM

Restock of decoder rings I hope.

gnaz01 12-05-2013 08:50 PM

Also, mine was delivered to by FedEx as well.

cguidi 12-06-2013 02:34 PM

Was told it would be here yesterday....
Still waiting.

Bpm0014 12-06-2013 05:18 PM
