1915 CJ mislabeled in 1914 PSA holder
http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll...m=161159529792
Wondering if this is just a PSA mistake or possibly pried, re-glued with wrong card at some point..? Easy to confuse the years if you don't look, but haven't seen the mistake on a slabbed card (until now). |

I've had a few '14's labeled as '15's and vice versa. QC isn't super tight there and it's not unheard of to have mechanical errors.
Anyone have a scan handy of the Heinie Wagner they labeled as Honus? Here's a '54 Johnston and a '55 Johnston mixed up- a lot harder to confuse than Cracker Jacks. And it's the same submission so they had both in hand at the same time and still called them the same. I probably have a few dozen holders like this. http://photos.imageevent.com/griffin...Cookies006.jpghttp://photos.imageevent.com/griffin...Cookies007.jpg |
