Book FS: Negro Baseball Before Integration by Manley w/autos
 

Great book by Effa Manley (HOF). VERY, VERY tough book to find. I just sold an unsigned one here a week or so ago. My last one. This one has (7) signatures however by Negro Leaguers on the front cover. Buck O'Neill and Ted Double Duty Radcliffe were in person signatures in Cooperstown at the 1996 Induction weekend when Bunning and others went in. The other 5 signatures were obtained at a card show at Moeller High School circa 1995/1996 and include Chuck Harmon (early Reds player), Bunny Warren, Thomas Turner, Sonny Webb and another player who I believe to be Charles Davis but I'm not entirely sure. The books are listed on Abebooks.com for up to $300 for the first edition trade paperback-sized book. Great condition with clean front and back.
