New to online Auction
So I was bidding on 2 lots on mears auction last night and there was a 15 min rule. The way I read it was that if someone bid after 9pm the 15 minute clock will start over. I was the high bidder from 9 to 1:59 am with no one else bidding and at 2 am the auction ended and I was outbid by 10%
I was just curious if someone knows how this actually works Any help would be great Thanks zach |
There are many different rules pertaining to different auction houses.
W/ Mears, anyone can bid on any lot at any time in extended bidding. The 15 minute rule means when no one bids on any lot in extended bidding, all the lots are closed. |
You can bid in any lot in Mears up to closing time as long as you have placed a single bid on any lot before 9pm. It doesn't have to be the that specific item,
