SOLD! 1941 Satchel Paige - Signed/Inscribed Photo - KC Monarchs Uniform
 

Up for sale is the following 1941 Original Photo of Satchel Paige.

This incredible vintage black and white photo was signed, dated, and inscribed by Satchel Paige. The crystal clear photo features Paige in his Kansas City Monarchs uniform, posed throwing a ball toward the camera in front of a brick house. Paige has signed in vintage blue ink "Aug. 29 - 41 To Russ Lynch From Satchell Paige". Old Satch was known to sign with two "L's" on his first name (esp. early signatures).

Photo has been nicely framed and matted to a size of 13" by 15". A real eye catcher! I guarantee that the signature will be authenticated by any TPG. I bought this item w/ the understanding that it was already pre-certified by PSA/DNA, but I can't find the documentation.
