Town team? 1940's/'50's? Blank- backed; "Cloud's Studio" on front.

I think you probably hit it on the nose Chris. With just ten players on the team they have the look of a local team in the 40's/50's. The "B-M" on the jerseys - you're probably looking at a local business sponsored team and, most likely, an African-American company.
