Going through some of my dad's stuff and found this cool piece..one of those priceless items we hope stays in the family for generations

It was likely done by Perma Plaque. This type of laminate "framing" was big in the 1970s - 80s. Looks like they are still in business...

It's an attractive look, but keep in mind that the process is NOT reversable.
