Card Comments Vol.3 No.9, April, 1961
Card Comments Vol.3 No.9, April, 1961. It seems a lot of members, me included, like the history of the hobby. This booklet is approx. 8 x 5. I first met Bill Heitman (pictured here) at the National in Anaheim, about 10 yrs ago....He was set to be a speaker at the Net54 Dinner but got cold feet when he saw the crowd. As most know he authored one of the first books on T206, The Monster.

Bill Heitman is a well known hobby figure, but I never heard of his older brother Jim. Did he stay active in the hobby as an adult, or did he give it up?

Interesting that Mr. Taylor rips Topps praises Fleer then adds that Fleer is offering his albums as a premium. Hmmm??????
