Good luck in your search. If you find one, I would love to see a scan. After a long time searching, I gave up on finding either of the Mantles. Still hope to stumble across one at some point though.

Had the portrait tattoo, sold it some 5 or more years ago, so it does exist. Can't be many of them though, that was the only one I have ever seen in a lot of years of collecting.

I know on Ebay, there some GAI graded ones (unopened) selling for about 85-100

And it was possible to carefully slide the wrapped gum most of the way out to see who the subject of the tattoo was, and slide the gum back into place if it didn't suit you....and move on to the next one, so buyer beware. I had a scan of the portrait on my previous computer, but it fried and I lost that scan along with many others. I may have it in a box of floppies that is taking up space, with no way of viewing the disks.

I'd say about 99% of them have been searched. I wouldnt take the gamble.
