Ebay Search Question (Slightly Off Topic)

I am trying to do a single ebay search of a long list of specific vintage cards by year, but I can't get it to work and am wondering if someone can help me.

Here is an example (note: I am changing the cards I am searching in this example).

Let's say I wanted to see all the 1952 Mantles and 1968 Ryans. If I enter the searches '1952 Mantle' and '1968 Nolan Ryan' alone, both come up with a bunch of results. But when I try to combine them into " (1952 Mantle, 1968 Nolan Ryan) then it doesn't return the correct results.

Any ideas on why this happens and how I can search a list of 10 different cards by year/player in a single search, instead of doing 10 different searches?

Thanks!

do each separately

+1 because..... you will have less of a headache and more likely get the results you want when ebay "richards" around with their search engine again, which based on history, they probably will.

You could do the below, though it will also return 1952 Nolan Ryans (shouldn't be any) and 1968 Mantles:

(1952, 1968) (mantle, "nolan ryan")

Thanks all for the suggestions. I think I'll test out and try the above, as I really don't want to have to add 15 new saved searches to the ~30 I already have in place.

PS - Is there a limit on saved searches?

It will work best if there is either no overlap, or complete overlap, between the years of the cards you are searching for.

Limit for saved searches is 100.
