Hey gang, rarely in this neighborhood so I thought Id ask how I did. I got these 2 items thru LOTG for my father-in-law. The mag was $400 and the newspaper at 250 plus the juice...I thought I got good deals on them?

Steve, it doesn't matter "how you did" as long as you are happy with your purchase.

They are gifts, so I am happy that I won them. Im curious if I overbid just for future reference as my father-in-law is a helluva guy that always puts his family first and we would like to continue collecting Yankee memorabilia for him.

Steve,
I think you did well. IMO, you paid a little under what I would consider retail.
I'm sure he'll love them.
Best,
Mark

Thanks guys - my wife is pretty excited for her Dad and I think we may matte them as well for him.

Bonham

That Bonham really is nice. He died in 1949 and is really tough and desireable due to the Yankee teams he was on. That with the vintage Dimaggio plus the others tells me you done good!
