SOLD: 1908 'Lajoie's Official Base Ball Guide'
 

American League Publishing Co. (the same company that issued the postcards) produced Napoleon Lajoie's Official Baseball Guide in 1906, '07 and '08. I've handled a lot of examples, and this one grades a little above average. It is complete, and the binding is pretty tight. As I flipped through it to check for missing pages or marks, the pages seemed very secure. As far as guides from this era, the Lajoies typically are considered scarcer than most.

Price is $xxx.xx delivered within the United States, which is about $60 to $110 less than what sellers usually price these at -- depending on the seller.
